We are sustainably certified!

Our Lindenhof was awarded the GreenSign by InfraCert – Institute for Sustainable Development in the Hotel Industry. We have been certified with GreenSign Level 3 for sustainable development and management. We have already successfully implemented the sustainability concept in almost all hotel areas.

We are constantly working to improve and optimize our sustainable actions in order to make our contribution to the preservation of our planet.

our biological swimming pond offers a protected home for many animal species
the rich splendor of flowers of the extensive garden are also used for our daily table decorations
the biological sewage treatment plant allows us to do without caustic cleaning agents
The special location of the courtyard in the nature reserve means that the deer come to the pond to drink and barn owls have been resident for many years and raise their brood undisturbed in their eyrie

Products from our own manufacture

Treats for the palate

You can enjoy many delicacies from our own production on our courtyard. We bake our house bread and English scones (high tea) for you. Our homemade spreads are ideal for this. Or try our self-roasted honey-crunchy muesli at breakfast.

In the Hofcafé we offer sheet cakes, cream cakes, grillage (iced meringue cake) and various pastries, all lovingly baked for your enjoyment.

Our windfalls are processed by a local private press and tasted as juice on the courtyard.

Our own herb bed supplies us with fresh kitchen herbs for various barbecue sauces and herb butter.
