Hygiene concept at the Lindenhof

Dear guest,

Your safety and health is always our top priority at Lindenhof. For your protection and the protection of our employees, we have adapted our existing preventive and hygiene measures to the regulations for containing the corona virus. We always focus on hygiene.

The hygiene standards specified by the German health authorities are implemented daily at the Lindenhof. Our team has been trained in the current prevention and hygiene rules as well as the corresponding rules of conduct. We make sure that every employee adheres to the rules of conduct.

We have taken the following extended hygiene measures for your protection in the individual areas:

Public area in the hotel
  • We regularly disinfect surfaces relevant to transmission (tables, door handles, toilets)
  • We check compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 m for all guests, employees and external persons
  • We make sure that everyone disinfects their hands on arrival at the Lindenhof and that they wear a medical protective mask if necessary
  • We communicate and follow the sneezing and coughing etiquette for guests and employees
  • We avoid hand contact, employees who come into contact with guests wear protective medical masks

Reception
  • We have reduced frequently touched objects to a minimum and disinfect them regularly
  • We prefer cashless payment, there is a shelf available for cash
  • Hand sanitizer is available
  • We wear medical mouth and nose protection when in contact with guests
  • We have installed a spit and sneeze protection shield at the reception counter

Hofcafé
  • We have placed the tables with a minimum distance of 1.5 m
  • Only as many guests sit at one table as the current state regulation allows.
  • We disinfect tables and objects extensively
  • We have also introduced extended hygiene regulations in the kitchen
  • We keep a detailed guest list for the maintenance of infection chains
  • We do without drinks and meal menus, you can find our offer on the notices and please contact our staff

Room cleaning

  • Housekeeping staff wear protective medical masks and disposable gloves
  • We do not leave most of the printed matter in the rooms
  • We clean and disinfect the surfaces in the room
  • To avoid further contact, we will only clean your room during your stay at your explicit request

This is what we ask for:

  • Please stay at home if you are ill or have symptoms

  • Please keep a distance of 1.5 m from other people
  • Adhere to the general prevention and hygiene regulations (regular hand washing, sneeze and cough etiquette, etc.)
  • Please wear a medical mouth and nose protection on the way to the room or to the table
  • Please note the state-specific restrictions on leisure activities
  • Talk to us directly if you have any questions or requests
  • Please be considerate towards other guests and our employees and understand the measures
